Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in USA [GLOBAL UGRAD 2020]

The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD 2020) is now open for applications. The Global UGRAD Program in the USA is an exchange program fully funded by the US Department of State with funds from the US government and administered by World Learning.

The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) brings future leaders to the United States to learn about the American educational system, share their culture, and explore American culture and values. Global UGRAD is administered by World Learning on behalf of the Office of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State.

In 2008, World Learning provided this opportunity to more than 2,200 UGRAD students around the world. Participants leave the United States with the tools to become leaders in their professions and societies. UGRAD Global graduates receive Fulbright scholarships, receive prestigious international training, and work for companies and governments in their home countries and regions.

Criteria of acceptance:
The eligibility criteria for this fully funded student exchange program are listed below:

over 18 years;
A citizen of any country participating in UGRAD currently resides in that country;
Registered as a regular undergraduate student at an accredited public or private university and at least one semester at your home university to complete the UGRAD program;
She finished high school in her home country;
Strong written and spoken English language skills (some of the finalists may receive training in English);
Be able to study in the United States in August 2019 or January 2020 (selected participants cannot postpone to a later date);
Eligible to obtain and maintain a US student exchange visa (J-1) required for the program;
Participation in the program has been approved by the physician;
Forced to return to their home country after completing the program.
